Attorney Profiles

John S. Chapman was born in St. Paul, Minnesota. He attended the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and Tufts University in Massachusetts (BA, English Literature).  Mr. Chapman earned his  juris doctorate  degree from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio in 1984.  He is currently a member of the Cleveland Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association.  He is former Chair of the Cleveland/Cuyahoga County Joint Bar Association Committee on Character and Fitness and holds an "AV" peer rating from Martindale-Hubbell--its highest professional designation and an objective indicator that an attorney has the highest ethical standards and professional abilities. Mr. Chapman is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of the State of Ohio and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.  He also frequently appears before arbitration tribunals of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, or "FINRA"  where he has repesented hundreds of investors in disputes with their stockbrokers, financial advisors, investment advisors, broker-dealer firms and other fiduciaries . 
Jason T. Albin, born in Lakewood, Ohio in 1979, received his B.S. in Economics from the Boler School of Business, John Carroll University, in University Heights, Ohio in 2001. He received his Juris Doctor with a Business Concentration from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio in 2004. He is a member of the Cleveland Bar Association and the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association.  Mr. Albin is licensed to practice law in Ohio state court, the Northern District of Ohio Federal Court and the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.  Mr. Albin frequently represents investors in state and federal courts and FINRA arbitrations who are victims of financial fraud.
Alin L. Rosca, born in Bucharest, Romania, received his Juris Doctor degree summa cum laude from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University, in May 2008.  While in law school, he served as a Managing Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review.  He is licensed to practice law in the Ohio state courts.  He also holds a Law Degree from the University of Bucharest School of Law, Romania, and received an Master of Business Administration degree from Baldwin-Wallace College, Ohio.
