Chapman & Associates Is Currently Investigating Daryl Batts/CFS Fraud |

John S. Chapman & Associates, LLC is currently investigating Daryl Batts, an Easley, South Carolina man who defrauded 150 people out of $5 million. Batts, who operated College Financial Solutions, now known as Comprehensive Financial Solutions, Inc., recently pleaded guilty to securities and mail fraud. U.S. officials say Batts could face up to 50 years in prison and fines of $6 million. Batts, who was a licensed broker, also sold insurance policies, mutual funds and other financial products to victims of the scheme.
